The
award-winning El Paseo Restaurant is celebrating its 37th year by
offering a truly fine dining experience.
We are proud to present Japanese master chef Keiko Takahashi -
the most talented rising star in Tokyo - with her artful interpretation
of modern French cuisine. The La
Chouette restaurant group, known throughout Japan for its incredible
offering of fine and rare wines, strives to produce profound experiences
with food and wine with a focus on balance and compliments. Prepared
in an uncompromised fashion, according to techniques utilized throughout
the Japanese kaiseki tradition, Ms. Takahashi’s food can be seen
to express her appreciation for French, Italian, and Japanese influences.
Our prix-fixe menu offers three-, four-, and five-course meals,
with expertly-chosen wine pairings to each course. The extensive
cellar boasts over 3,000 wines and includes
an exceptional selection of mature vintages as well as artisan
wines from small producers.
El Paseo Restaurant is located at 17 Throckmorton Avenue in downtown
Mill Valley and serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30
PM. Restaurant also offers private rooms for special engagements.
